Event Coordinator
We are seeking a creative, organized, and highly motivated Events Coordinator to lead the planning, logistics, marketing, and execution of events for The Cookie Secrets. This individual will play a central role in bringing our immersive and empowering brand experiences to life—from concept to clean-up. The ideal candidate is not only passionate about events and logistics but also has a strong sense of design, community engagement, and storytelling.
This position reports directly to the Events & Operations Manager and will work closely with marketing, production, and ambassador teams to ensure seamless execution of every event.
Job Description
Key Duties:

Plan events from start to finish: booking venues, managing vendors, and overseeing setup/teardown. This position will host events quarterly.

Create and share marketing content across social media to drive hype and ticket sales

Capture and post behind-the-scenes and live event coverage

Track RSVPs, sales, and engagement; report post-event results

Collaborate with ambassadors, vendors, and the events team to ensure a smooth guest experience
Qualifications

1–3 years in event planning, marketing, or community engagement

Proficient in Canva, social media tools, and Google Workspace

Confident communicator, comfortable in public-facing roles
