This is an intimate, guided experience for women ready to slow down, tell the truth, and reconnect with themselves in a safe, honest, and real.
MAY 11, 2026 - Day 1 – Release & Reconnection
This is where you exhale. A guided, body-based experience that helps them slow down, drop out of their heads, and begin reconnecting with themselves. It’s about creating safety, softening the nervous system, and gently opening what’s been held in.
MAY 13, 2026 - Day 2 – Truth & Expression
This is where the truth rises. Through guided conversation and reflection, women are invited to speak what’s been unspoken and feel what’s been avoided. No fixing, no performing, just honesty, witnessing, and real connection in a safe space.
